  • Do you offer wholesale for retail shops?
    Yes, we do offer wholesale prices for retailers. You can email us at ibasisters@gmail.com to see if you qualify to carry our brand in your store or if you are already on Faire Wholesale, you may order using our direct link: https://ibasisters.faire.com If you are not on Faire Wholesale, you can use our direct link to sign up. By using our link, you may qualify to get 50% off your order from us through Faire Wholesale and even get free shipping through Faire Wholesale. Bulk orders for non-retail individuals (educators, healthcare professionals, ect.) check out Bulk Orders for more information. PLEASE BE AWARE. WE DO NOT OFFER WHITE LABEL PRODUCTS. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MEANT TO BE SOLD WITH OUR BRAND LABEL & PACKAGING. ALL ITEMS ARE HANDCRAFTED IN THE UNITED STATES. WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS LOCATED IN TEXAS/ THE UNITED STATES. WE ARE NOT A MANUFACTURING COMPANY FROM MEXICO. IMPORTANT: Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit / Reseller Certificate is needed for all wholesale orders. Wholesale orders made directly through us and not on Faire Wholesale will only be made with retailers from Texas with a valid Sales & Use Tax Permit / Reseller Certificate. For Sales & Use Tax exception please submit a completed 01-339 Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Exception Certificate / Exception Certification. Once verified with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts we will exempt the sales & use tax on your order. Priority Shipping & handling will be calculated at the end. ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF $200 AND AT LEAST 15-21 Days to MAKE/ PROCESS. This time approximation DOES NOT include shipping time. ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA USPS. Retailers: All items are meant to be sold with original packaging. Suggested retail price may be changed by reseller.
  • Do you offer Bulk Orders for non-retail customers?
    Yes we offer bulk orders to qualified individuals. Please be aware that the items in these orders are not meant to be resold. We offer bulk orders (25+ item orders) to individuals who want to give our items away as gifts or prizes like those who are educators, are in healthcare, restaurant owners, wedding organizers, etc. Qualified individuals will get a 15% discount on their bulk order. Sales taxes will be charged. Currently we do not accept sales tax exception certificates for these orders. (Please visit our Faire wholesale shop if you are interested in carrying our products in your shop.) Please be aware that customizations will require an additional charge. Bulk orders take 15-21 business days to fulfil / make. Free shipping does not apply to bulk orders. Bulk orders will be shipped with priority shipping and require a signature by USPS.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Due to the demand of our existing items, we will no longer be taking custom orders. We will only customize the items already listed for customization such as our snack keychain, bracelets, and other customizable items.
  • Do you have a physical location / shop?
    We do not have a physical shop however, we do attended local events as a pop-up once or twice a month. Check out our pop-up calendar to see where we will be next.
  • When is your next event/pop up?
    Please check the Shop local/ PopUps tab for when and where our next event will be. We also post these updates on our Facebook and Instagram.
  • Who handcrafts the products?
    The person who handcrafts all the items is Anna. She is also the owner of Iba Sisters Handmade Jewelry & Acessories. Select items like stretch bracelets and some beaded pens are sometimes made by Andrea, Cristina, or Ariel.
  • What material are the charms made of?
    Most of our chams are made of polymer clay. There are a few that are made of resin.
  • How do your charms look?
    Most of our charms are double sided or 3D texture but we do use flat or one sided charms for other items that require some sort of mechanism to be glued on for better grip and longer durability. They are all handmade so multiples might slightly differ from each other. This makes all pieces unique since they will not be exactly the same.   • What metals do you use?
    All of our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic. Some of the gold pieces are 18k gold plated and nickel free. We do offer some items in stainless steel and 925 sterling silver for a surcharge. This information will be stated on the description of the listing.
  • How long will my order take to get to me?
    Shipping options estimated total turn around time*: (processing time for orders with customized items may vary) First-class shipping: 5-9 business days (processing time**= 3-4 business days + shipping time***= 2-5 business days) Priority-mail: 4-7 business days(processing time= 3-4 business days + shipping time= 2-5 business days) Meaning of terms used: *Turn around time- The estimated total amount of time it will take to get your order (includes processing time & shipping time) **Processing time- The estimated amount of time it takes to get your order ready for shipping/ the time it takes to make items in your order. ***Shipping time- The estimated amount of time it takes USPS to deliver your order to you. (weekends and holidays do not count as business days) Please be aware that USPS does not operate on Sundays, Federal holidays, or might have delays due to storms or state of emergency events. IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that our custom items (el snack bracelet, el snack keychain, clip-on earrings, sterling silver, and other customized items) WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAY(S) for processing. The product listing/description will state how much longer it will take. ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS require 15-21 business days to make/produce and can be more if we have more orders before yours. Please ask for a quote on time before placing an order to make sure we can have it by your desired time. A rush order fee will be applied if you need us to ship it sooner than 15 business days.   • What's the best shipping option?
    We suggest getting priority shipping because it comes with USPS $50 insurance and it takes a couple of days to get to you once it leaves our studio. (please be reminded that priority shipping still has manditory processing days)
  • Do you ship on holidays or weekends?
    We DO NOT ship on weekends or on holidays.
  • What payment options do you have?
    Online we take credit and debit card payments through Square. At events we take cash, NFC payments, credit and debit cards through Square and Cash App Payments. Any non-cash charge will show as Iba Sisters Handmade or Iba Sisters Handmade Jewelry & Accessories. Email us at ibasisters@gmail.com if you have any questions in regard to a charge you have from us.
  • Do we recieve a tracking number?
    Yes. We ship via USPS so tracking is included with every order.
  • What is the sales tax?
    We operate with sales & use tax of Mission, Texas which is State: 6.25% + Local/City: 2% = 8.25% total sales tax. You may order wholesale directly from us or from our Faire Wholesale Shop. Sales tax exceptions can be made with a verified and approved 01-339 Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Exception Certificate / Exception Certificate for wholesale orders for retail. Once verified with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts we will exempt the sales & use tax on your order.
  • Do you ship international?
    Yes, we ship to certain countries. If your country is not shown in our shipping list, then contact us to see if we can give you a quote on the cost of shipping to your country. Please be warned it might be costly since we require shipping with insurance since it is going to another country that way if anything happens to it, the shipping company will reimburse you. We only ship within the United States and US territories with first-class shipping (the lowest shipping available without insurance), however it is the buyer's responsibility to understand that we will not be held accountable if it is lost or stolen.
  • My package is lost/stolen, what now?"
    First check if your neighbors or other family memebers living with you to make sure they did not pick it up. Second, contact your local USPS with the tracking number we gave you. Both first class shipping and priority shipping come with it so have that ready when contacting them. If you chose priority shipping (the option we recommend for all shippingn methods) then your package comes with USPS insurace of up to $50 so USPS should be able to refund you. As stated on our shipping policy, we do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, especially those that have been marked as delivered.
  • Are they safe for children?
    Our products are NOT RECOMMENED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD due to small parts being a CHOCKING HAZARD. We highly recommend you KEEP THEM AWAY FROM CHILDREN WHO LIKE TO CHEW ON ITEMS.
  • What is the difference with .925 sterling silver, stainless steel, nickel free, and 18k gold plated?"
    ALL OUR JEWELRY METALS ARE CONSIDERED HYPOALLERGENIC Nickel free: Reduces the chances of an allergic reaction due to nickel. 18k gold plated: nickel free findings that have been plated/coated with 18k gold will get dull or tarnish within 6 months of average use or sooner if not taken care of. (see our suggested care tips for more info.) Stainless steel: contains very little alloys that can cause allergic reaction with average use can tarnish or dull within 8 - 12 months (can last longer with our suggested care tips) 925 sterling silver: contains 92.5% silver does not contain alloys that might cause allergic reaction lifespan of 12 months+ but can dull or tarnish with regular use can be easily cleaned with a sterling silver jewelry cleaner for a longer lifespan
  • How do your charms look?

  • What are your care tips?
    It is recommended to look after your items by: giving them a gentel wipe if they become dirty. putting earrings, bracelets, and necklaces in a jewelry box/ resealable bag to minimize exposure to the elements while not in use put them on AFTER lotions, sun screen, perfume have had a chance to dry on your skin (wipe them if they get these on them) PLEASE DO NOT WEAR YOUR ITEMS IN WATER. This WILL tarnish the findings. .925 sterling silver and sterling plated findings can be cleaned with a sterling silver cleaner.
  • What metals do you use?

  • How do your clip on earrings look?
    ​ Our clip on earrings are: nickel free the charm size is the same as regular stud earrings (the metal will be visible in some earrings) (we do not make them bigger or smaller) the are made to order & will require an additional business day Please keep all of this in mind when ordering clip ons.
  • What badge reels do you use?
    The badge reels we use have a slide clip or an alegator clip. Please look at the description on the product. It should state which kind it is.
  • Can I return or exchange an online sale?
    All of our sales are final except if they fall into one of these: Returns are accepted if you received a wrong order, and the products are undamaged. You will need proof you received the wrong order. We will then provide you with a return label and send you the correct order/product. No refunds. REPLACEMENTS: ONLINE SALES ONLY- If you received a broken item due to transit, please contact us within 3 days of having received the order. It might qualify for a replacement or a partial refund in store credit. After 3 days it no longer qualifies for this replacement/partial refund. Shipping WILL be charged for the replacement item(s). Please include your order number and a picture of the broken item when contacting us. We will ask for other details to see if your item qualifies for these options. The following products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds: open or damaged items that do not fall within the product warranty, custom items, 925 sterling silver items, made to order items, items bought at a physical storefront or pop-up, and clearance or final sale items. Product warranty: If your item breaks with regular use within 14 days of purchase please contact us to see if we can replace it.     All our sales are final for popup purchases or those made at the Concept Gallery, there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds.   • I provided the wrong address, can I change it?"
    You have two days to cancel or change your order. IMPORTANT: If the package has been shipped then we cannot do anything about it and you'll still be charged the due amount. If the package gets sent back to our PO BOX then we will change the address to the correct one you've provided and charge you the shipping & handlding again.
  • Can I get a refund?
    No cash refunds. All sales are final. PRODUCT WARRENTY CLAIMS- only online store credit. Please check our product warranty on our Shipping & Returns tab if your product is broken. ​ Items bought at local events or at local stores that carry our merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. THEY ARE FINAL SALE, however, they might qualify for the product warranty, please check the Shipping & returns tab.
  • Why Isn't the website adding my promo code/discount/coupon?
    We only accept one promo code each transaction. All of our scratch off discounts/coupons & any other promo code has an expiration date. Please check if yours if its expired. Our site automatically deactivates any discount/ coupon/ promo code that has expried and we will not renew them. Most of them are a one time use and have a minimum of a $7 total to work. For example: 10% off your order with promo code ****** has a minimum total of $7. It will not work with anything under $7.
  • Can I give away my special coupon/ discount/ promo code that came in my package?
    Yes, you can give away your special coupon / discount / promo code to anyone you'd like. Just remember that most of those special discounts are a one time use and once the code on it has been punched in, it will not work again. We are not responsible for who uses it that one time. Also remember it has an expiration date so please make sure to use it before it expires.
  • I lost my coupon / discount / promo code, can I have another?"
    No. We only provide one special coupon / discount / promo code.
  • Where do I find the future sale dates?
    We do not have a calendar for our sales. Sale dates are usually in the description of social media posts we make. Some will be written on our site's banner.
  • Do you offer in store pick up or do meet ups?
    We do not do meet ups or drop off orders at customer's homes. However if we are attending an event/pop up that you will be at, you can message us before hand to let us know you'll be at the event/ pop up so we can take your order. Please be aware that if the order is not picked up at the event/pop up we will charge you for shipping to ship it since we do not do meet ups.
